It's a pleasure to call Sky Pointes home. Awesome team Kaycee and Henry...they NEVER miss a beat..Very respectful, thoughtful, attention to detail, always ready to assist and always smiling..Maintenence requests are handled urgently. The building is well maintained and is always clean. Sky Pointes offers a rare atmosphere of serenity and tranquility. Thank you Kaycee and Henry for making my stay amazingly enjoyable.
I really like living here overall. The management and maintenance team are excellent—responsive, professional, and always helpful. The building itself is well kept, and most of the time it’s a comfortable place to live. However, there is an ongoing issue with the occupant of Unit 304. Whenever he is present, there is excessive noise, including loud music and disturbances, often related to drinking. This has been a recurring problem, and I have submitted multiple complaints to management, but unfortunately nothing has changed... read more
I had the most pleasant experience at these apartments! The community manager and the maintenance were kind human beings and very kind to communicate with. I just only wish the cost of rent didn't increased as much as it did because I would of loved to stay in the unit. It is modern and in a clean condition. I spent almost 5 years there and was able to graduate university while living there and the apt provided me a safe n sound place to live. Thank you!
