I really like living here overall. The management and maintenance team are excellent—responsive, professional, and always helpful. The building itself is well kept, and most of the time it’s a comfortable place to live. However, there is an ongoing issue with the occupant of Unit 304. Whenever he is present, there is excessive noise, including loud music and disturbances, often related to drinking. I had the most pleasant experience at these apartments! The community manager and the maintenance were kind human beings and very kind to communicate with. I just only wish the cost of rent didn't increased as much as it did because I would of loved to stay in the unit. It is modern and in a clean condition. I spent almost 5 years there and was able to graduate university while living there and the apt provided me a safe n sound place to live. Thank you!

We are renting one of new suites. Comfortable place, very well maintained, very quiet. And the maintenance ,Henry is very accommodating to fix/replace any building problem right away. We are happy staying here.
Lived here for years and really enjoyed it. The maintenance guy is awesome and the leasing office was great!
