I was at the local racetrack last night watching racing in a car who is sponsored by this company decided to wreck a kid under caution for no reason at all, not a good luck on your business as my kids were rooting for the young competitor.
Mark and Ozzy went above and beyond to unsure my exhaust job was done properly, thank you guys for actually caring about what you do. Excellent customer service.
New forever customer. Mark is so nice and very honest. He could have easily upcharged me by selling me catalytic converter but instead he spent more time working on my car to save me money. He also told me I could pick up a cabin filter and I can just stop by and they will put it in. He explains everything he’s doing and why. I will definitely be going here for all my automotive needs.
Info is incorrect: they don’t do oil changes, ac, fluids. They only do suspensions basically.
Told me on the phone to drop it off Friday, told me in person to come back Monday. Did not use their service so I cannot speak for that, but 3 stars for wasting my time and not wanting to take my money for an easy presale used car inspection I called ahead for. the only mechanic on the lot at 10:00 a.m. on a Friday told me my car looks like its been sitting even though I drive it every day for work. he popped the hood pointed to one leaf and said "you should clean that"
