I called and came in here super frustrated because of my experience at Jiffy Lube next door. They forgot to screw a plastic piece of my car back on after an oil change so it was dragging the ground and wanted me to wait an additional hour+ to fix it, after I just spent 2 hours waiting for the service and getting it performed.
