Told me on the phone to drop it off Friday, told me in person to come back Monday. Did not use their service so I cannot speak for that, but 3 stars for wasting my time and not wanting to take my money for an easy presale used car inspection I called ahead for. the only mechanic on the lot at 10:00 a.m. on a Friday told me my car looks like its been sitting even though I drive it every day for work. he popped the hood pointed to one leaf and said "you should clean that"
