Update: Removing previous positive review & replacing with the following: Do NOT move to 5800 Royal Lane. New management company is horrible. HOA board is NOT transparent & attacks homeowners for questioning them particularly re: money. They want a total of $600,000 from homeowners & can’t even provide bids. They are forcing us to pay $104,000 for a chain link fence for a portion of the property, really? AND we were told it might not even be done so, why rob us of approx $500 per homeowner based on “mights”? They just magica... read more
