I moved in Nov 2019. I pay 2079/month +parking +hydro. Parking is $130 for underground...but the catch is...there will never be available lots above ground, that's how they get you! Visitor parking was free but limited. Now there is lot of v parking available as they started charging for it, online using 3rd party company. There are cockroaches...not a lot but if they come into your apartment they die quickly as the building is treated. Unfortunately this apt is very cold. We are not comfortable at home. All the time freezing. Never I had this problem in Canada in 4 apt I lived before.
