Be careful to get evreything in the contract as was told by the sales rep they woule resure the insulation in the studs instead of left hanging down for free but theyr rfused to complete this part of the job because it was not in the contract.
I think their reps should be better trained to know the difference between structural damage and insignificant damage. What will pass a buyers inspection and what will not.
