We had a terrible experience having our crawlspace encapsulated. It is painfully obvious their subcontracting crews don’t have a clue what they’re doing. There is no oversight, no inspection, no final walkthrough, no one from 58 foundations ever came by until I complained several times. I had to get my own inspector to get all the faulty work in writing, the encapsulation would not pass building code and still will not. In 2022 after 21 years in our home we noticed a small amount of water in one of the basement corners. After seeking estimates from 4 firms, we choose 58 Foundations based on their repair technique, products, professionalism, pricing, warranty, and post-fix support. Mr Sheldon Green of 58 Foundations located and corrected the issue with our new Sump Pump in record time. Mr Green was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable.
