I've given a rating of Fair overall.... it would be a 1 for Customer Service and a 5 for Quality of Work. James Whiting, out of the Woodbridge, VA office needs training to correct his unprofessional behavior towards customers. Because I was late on returning his phone call regarding payment he got belligerent. He ACTUALLY called my wife and told her he would put a lien on the house if we didn't pay by COB. Bdry did work at my house several years ago, they installed a water barrier and dug a large diversion pipe. When we started a remodel, there was apparent water problems still existing. They sent a technician out to inspect and we were told the membrane was not sealed which caused a slow continuous leak that wasn't evident until we had removed the drywall. He was going to report back and get some one out to repair it. Three weeks later, two broken appointments later and they are telling us we only had a one year warranty. ... read more
