The standard is lacking today or low across the board. I’ve been through many time both in the tunnel and self service. The staff involved with wiping down vehicles have provided a sub standard service, I would bring a towel or not let young men touch my car. Disappointed Ben.
Used the dog wash, even switching between the shampoo and conditioner settings it was clear that they hadn’t bothered to change it or refill it with all the necessary dog wash materials. So I just paid $10 to get my dog wet essentially. So disappointing
If you dare to offer feedback on low pressure or lack of chemicals … you’ll get served with indignance and threats of being banned, there is no recourse for anything but acceptance of poorly serviced machinery - eclipsed only by the most miserable person I’ve yet to come across in a service position. No rinse chemicals… what a shame. Loved coming here since they opened. No doubt this will fall on deaf ears, but it’s cathartic to let it go downrange with a point of view.

Went there yesterday in desperation as my car needed it… must say… 1 of the most annoying experiences with the way its been designed and entrance… scary and absolutely terrifying… why can’t we make things simpler and just normal… Placing on neutral and then on a belt where in you are blindly trusting technology and on top … exiting out the dryer feels hitting ur car anytime if it doesn’t lift up on time… Team outside wiping car for 30seconds does help… Scary stuff and will definitely not taking or returning with my BMW..🙈
