Amazing service and great deals. Spoke to Ally about the wash club and was totally value for money. She went through everything so well and the service was fantastic. Couldn’t recommend high enough and ask for Ally, she will make sure you get what you need and goes the extra mile.
Will not be going back… very rude staff, and all vacuums are covered with duct tape and don’t work well.
I get such great service here and it's awesome to see the same faces. They get to know you which is welcoming. Shout out to Dave, Ally and the really short girl who manages to somehow reach the top of my 4x4 to dry it off. Great customer service team.
Just came through around 40 minutes ago. Its been raining all morning so the dirt and dust should wipe off easy as i can run a finger over it and wipe it away its that soft but after pulling up and it only giving me a tradie option i proceeded and am flabbergasted at how atrocious the wash cane out. The only part of the windscreen that is clean is where the wipers are used to wipe my window regularly and the rest of the car is still completely filthy. Looks the same as when i drove in!
Regretfully I used the tunnel car wash which is dangerous to your paint work. My fault for not doing ny due diligence. The rollers didnt clean the car well at all. It still had marks and dirt residue. There was no gloss effect and paint was flat and dull. Had to come home and go over it again with wash n wax. I would now only ever use a touch free car wash and do any touch up required at home. Unfortunately there is only a basic touch free car wash only available here.
