RecommendedSimply put, these are the nicest apartments in the Tri-cities. They are located right on Columbia Point Golf Course and provide amazing views of the course itself as well as some of the nearby mountains. Located right across the street is an amazing park with three of the best fine dining restaurants in town. Oh yeah, did I mention the Columbia River is right across the street too? I love it here.
Poorly built apartments, poorly managed by Avenue 5, no parking, over-priced, not dog friendly.
Love this place. Great neighborhood. Close to the park and restaurants. The place is very clean and friendly staffs.

Gorgeous apartments in the perfect location with the best view! And the manager is the best absolute best! If you're thinking of making this home, don't think twice!!
