Avoid this building—serious safety, habitability, and security issues. We spent the entire winter without a working radiator, despite repeated in-person and written requests to management. The apartment later developed a rat infestation, and the smell of multiple decaying rat corpses in the walls of our apartment eventually made our unit unlivable. Absolute nightmare!!! Residents report no heat for entire winters, rat infestations, ignored maintenance requests, poor communication, and serious habitability concerns. Management routinely fails to respond, basic repairs go unresolved, and many tenants describe conditions as unsafe and unacceptable. The low rent is not worth the constant problems. Rent here only if you have no other options or avoid at all cost!!!

if I could give them zero stars i would. Idk where to start, garbage just piles up outside of the garbage room because they keep the door locked, the building doors are constantly broken which can cause random people to just come in and do whatever. There are times the garbage got so nasty and piled up so much to the point we had a rodent problem. They never answer back on maintance requests, they never fixed my broken, boarded up window from 2023, I’ve constantly asked them to fix my oven that overheats very easily and burn... read more
