Avoid this building—serious safety, habitability, and security issues. We spent the entire winter without a working radiator, despite repeated in-person and written requests to management. The apartment later developed a rat infestation, and the smell of multiple decaying rat corpses in the walls of our apartment eventually made our unit unlivable. I would love to give them 5 stars if they would only respond! We'll month's later i actually have an apartment in hydepark now. Unfortunately this reality never responded to me at all they almost act like a prejudice reality due to the none responsive behavior i experienced like i was some lower class person trying to get an apartment don't come and apply with this reality company cause they are very rude towards minority people you can tell very easily that is what's going on even over the phone.

Before considering Blackstone Apartments with 3L Living, please do thorough research. My experience with the property manager, Sherry Brown, was very unsettling. After initially applying and then discovering troubling information about the building, I attempted to cancel my application the same day, then made the mistake of giving them the benefit of doubt and asked them to clear up some things with me with a virtual live tour.
