if I could give them zero stars i would. Idk where to start, garbage just piles up outside of the garbage room because they keep the door locked, the building doors are constantly broken which can cause random people to just come in and do whatever. There are times the garbage got so nasty and piled up so much to the point we had a rodent problem. Avoid this building—serious safety, habitability, and security issues. We spent the entire winter without a working radiator, despite repeated in-person and written requests to management. The apartment later developed a rat infestation, and the smell of multiple decaying rat corpses in the walls of our apartment eventually made our unit unlivable.
