Great experience! The leasing agent named Luke was very professional, helpful and made the whole process and communication smooth. He was also knowledgeable and would definitely recommend him as a leasing agent.
edit: turns out the management is very slow and disrespectful. Simply scheduling a move in appointment requires more than 10 requests, 15 emails, and two phone calls (they got back a few times saying “A member of the site team will be reaching out to schedule the timing of the pick-up.“ but no one ended up contacting me). Imagine the time and energy wasted. What’s the point of having a contact portal/email address if you don’t answer your clients requests?
