Ashley E. led my tour at this building recently and I was very happy with the service I received! Ashley is very friendly and was able to answer all of my questions. She truly seemed to have my best interest in mind, which I appreciate. Ashley has been very helpful and quick to respond to communications during this process.
The place is extremely small and outdated. The laundry room is tiny, with only four washing machines, some of which frequently break down. Additionally, the sales lady is unfriendly.
Just toured 57 Bayswater with Ashley E and had my parents with me as well. She answered all our questions with a positive and patient attitude. She was very knowledgeable not just on the unit we were looking at but also other ones in the building. Would happily tour with Ashley again.
