roaches and mice here do not move in!!! clean person here who takes care of things regularly but still ended up with roaches and rodents due to neighbors. they were coming in through the wall where my oven connects because whatever infestation in whatever unit nearby. management is lazy and does not enforce any rules or keep up with them or renovations. parking is ridiculous. trying to raise rent in units that haven't been updated or when they have been supposed to be updating/fixing things they have fallen short and haven't... read more
New management is great! Very easy to get a hold of and very accommodating. The newly renovated rooms are extremely nice, especially for the price!
Management is a pleasure to deal with-all maintenance requests are addressed asap!
