We have been more than patient dealing with this home builder. He clearly does not feel that the neighbors concerns should be taken into consideration when building a home. Last week, my dog fell into the home's foundation (2-3 foot drop) that was not fenced properly. We had requested a secure fence since the property line is so close to our home.
