Do NOT ever do business with this man! Dave Fortin, the owner, sold me a 2008 Kia Rondo priced at about $4,000 in December after the transmission was destroyed in my last car (also, unfortunately, purchased from him). He made me pay $3,500 cash up front, and the vehicle had a bad battery that died overnight for several weeks straight.
