Bad experience from the start. Landlord's portal rejected proof of renter's insurance because my name was not formatted the way they wanted it. Did not have a working toilet during the first 5 days of occupancy. Multiple calls to 24-hour service hotline did not prompt much. Received access to a vacant apartment with a functioning toilet only after I requested it. Received refund of 5 days' rent only after I requested it. Never received an apology.
