1년 넘게 550 moreland에 살고 있어요. 최근에 pool장이 보이는 view가 얼마나 시끄러운지 알게되어서 혹시 이 아파트를 고려하시는 분들은 pool장 view를 피하라고 이야기하고 싶어요. 어린 아기들이 있는 가정, 조용한 공간을 필요로 한다면 pool장 view는 피하세요. 그리고 pool장에 친구들을 초대할 수있지만 음악을 크게 틀고 소리 지르며 노는 경우 echo처럼 소리가 울려퍼지는 건물구조라 소리에 예민하신 분들은 꼭 이점 고려하세요. 1년을 지내보니 closet이 작아요. 최근 아파트들과 다른 점이랍니다. Walk in closet이 없어요. 짐이 적은 경우 상관 없지만 많은 경우는 매우 불편할거예요. 근처에 공원, 도서관, Safeway가 있어서 살기에 편하고, 아파트 유지보수팀이 일을 잘해요. 다만 최근 아파트에서 비명 소리지르는 아이들때문에 괴롭습니다.
1. Apartment is overall very nice and worth the price. 2. Maintenance requests are very well received and handled in a timely manner. 3. Management: 5 stars with the appreciation for management receiving feedback graciously and taking actions proactively if any. I had an inquiry specific on the parking lot and the management took the feedback and request and actively solved it for us.

They told us we’d have a two-car parking spot, but it turned out to be a tandem space. We moved in last week. We toured about 20 apartment complexes near San Jose, and this one was our favorite. The area around the apartment is safe and peaceful, and the facilities are always clean. There’s a Safeway, café, and restaurants right in front of our home, so we can easily visit anytime.
