We moved in last week. We toured about 20 apartment complexes near San Jose, and this one was our favorite. The area around the apartment is safe and peaceful, and the facilities are always clean. There’s a Safeway, café, and restaurants right in front of our home, so we can easily visit anytime. Wonderful place to live! After 5 years here, I can say the staff is consistently responsive and helpful. Submitting maintenance requests online is simple. We had a great experience when our AC failed on a scorching day - Ardeine from the maintenance team came up to the roof immediately and got it working. He was incredibly kind to double-check the fix personally the next day. A truly caring community.
