I visit here often and the fire alarms go off pretty frequently. I find that very annoying. Do better, especially being luxury units.
EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT TEAM! DON’T DEAL WITH THEM BECAUSE YOU WILL FEEL MISFORTUNE. After I applied the apartment and signed the lease, I received an email from the management team telling me that the apartment was no longer available because the current resident withdrew their move-out notice. According to them, this can happen anytime before the current resident moves out as long as they change their decision, no matter whether you have signed the lease or not.
