Thanks for the help of Ardeine, our ventilation fan finally works and it successfully let the air flow. Ardeine is a very responsible maintenance worker. He also actively reminds us to change the air filler. As the resident from 550 MorelandWay, we are glad to live here with reliable service!
Helped fix my AC in a timely manner
We moved in about two weeks ago from across the country and everyone has been great! Robin, Jennifer, and Israel have been super friendly, very knowledgeable and polite, which has helped alleviate a lot of stress for us. We’ve had a few maintenance calls, all of which have been answered and taken care of quickly, including one on a Sunday evening - shoutout Alberto for coming promptly before his shift ended! Thank you to the whole team who works here; I’m very happy to call this place home. 😊
