I’m leaving this review mainly for Ardeine, the maintenance person for the complex. Ardeine came by to fix our clogged sink and did a great job! He was polite, clean, professional, and very nice. Really appreciate how quickly and efficiently he got everything working again.
I had an outstanding experience at 550 Moreland so far! The maintenance team went above and beyond: Ardeine was incredibly helpful with outlets, hot water, and the dishwasher; Alberto was prompt with outlets and hot water; and Ricardo efficiently handled the microwave repair. My husband ordered some repairs from the maintenance team. Ardeine, who visited the room, was very kind and made the perfect repairs and cleaned it up. He also replaced the air conditioning filters. Now we can live comfortably. Thank you!!
