The property is in a great location, maintenance responds quickly to issues within your unit, and you have great views of the Bay Area from your balcony. Aaron and Aylet are extremely helpful and responsive. They assisted me in solving a complex legal situation, and were able to create a smooth transition to another Equity property.
The leasing office staff has been extremely unhelpful with the grievances of the residents.
