We used this site extensively in 2020 to relocate to ********************, a *************** community with almost ****** homes. The community is just what 55places describes in terms of amenities, homes for sale, etc. It's a great place to live. HOWEVER, our experience building a house with Pulte has been a nightmare, and most of our neighbors are in some form of battle with Pulte as well. I love using 55places.com to look through 55 communities to try and figure out where I will go when I retire. I've talked to a couple of agents on the site and they were really helpful and seemed to know everything about all the places. The low maintenance options will be great when I am older. I like reading the blog too.
Worked here as a Partner Agent for there ********** **. They act like you work for them when you're just a partner agent and they stalk your every move on a CMR when in reality you are in business for yourself and your broker at first they put you on full-time then take you back off for no reason without even telling you. They care about money $$ no concern about you as an agent. I think they are horrible and very bully like. No training either. They say they are for equal opportunity but I feel they are far from that becaus... read more
