I have been forced to live in this apartment for a year. Since the very first days I moved in, the water has been cut off almost once a week due to so-called maintenance. I already only have one day off per week, and when I’m home I can neither do my laundry nor clean my apartment. Living in this old, outdated building is a regret. As soon as my lease ends, I will move out within a few months. I absolutely do not recommend anyone to live here.
so tenants in the building have been catching some problems that should be dealt with so there has been people that dont live in the building coming in and have been in the building which iis the main problem its not that big of a problem anymore but i think our building needs security because their are still package theifs there are still people who dont live here that are coming in the building so it would be a great thing if we got security if you got security people would feel much safe and peaced.
Great location and space, the management acts quickly when having issues but There’s always issue with hot water, cockroaches, elevators not working, etc….
so tenants in the building have been catching some problems that should be dealt with so there has been people that dont live in the building coming in and have been in the stair wells and tailgating people and people have been asking for security i think this building needs security so please it would be very good if you hired security for the building so pleasee hire security to keep us safe and relaxed so pleasee hire security it would be a honor if you did please and thank you
