Don’t ever waste your money on this junk this building is filthy with cockroach infestation even if your unit is clean and bad maintenance issues like no tap water and dirty lobby. Very expensive for a unit and horrible conditions, the underground parking is bad with no rear view mirroring and staff is very unhelpful, the office closes the staff does not care if you have a complaint they just tell you to go to the website this is a horrible building to live in. I have been forced to live in this apartment for a year. Since the very first days I moved in, the water has been cut off almost once a week due to so-called maintenance. I already only have one day off per week, and when I’m home I can neither do my laundry nor clean my apartment. Living in this old, outdated building is a regret. As soon as my lease ends, I will move out within a few months. I absolutely do not recommend anyone to live here.
so tenants in the building have been catching some problems that should be dealt with so there has been people that dont live in the building coming in and have been in the building which iis the main problem its not that big of a problem anymore but i think our building needs security because their are still package theifs there are still people who dont live here that are coming in the building so it would be a great thing if we got security if you got security people would feel much safe and peaced.
Great location and space, the management acts quickly when having issues but There’s always issue with hot water, cockroaches, elevators not working, etc….
