We dealt with the building manager Patrick Peltier who was very helpful with our move into 55 Park Street East in Mississauga. If we had any questions he was great in answering them and helping accommodate us with anything we needed with our move into the building. A very polite and accommodating person to deal with! A breath of fresh air when dealing with a building manager. I’d recommend him to anyone who is moving into the same buildings he takes care of and needs help or questions answered regarding the buildings.
i love this building with the memories i had but i have 2 suggestions 1 of all please pave the outside parking ground it would help a lot 2 you know the scanner door to exit to the parking outside please change that metal thing and break the brick stairs that are inside of the metal thing a piece fell off so i looked in and saw brick stairs so please this would help a lot and special thanks to Krista and Matt for being so nice and improving the building.
Good location. The new superintendents Krista and Matt are doing an amazing job in fixing a lot of the old building issues such as the water and Pest Control. These issues have been there for years and within 3 months they have been making strides to fix the problem areas.
Great and safe neighborhood, Great management, Special thanks to Ms Krista.
