Aweful insecure parking space with not working meter machine! Never park there or with this company - read reviews first. The parking lot is dirty and does not feel secure. I also received a $90 penalty notice even though I paid for parking. Their machine malfunctioned during payment, and despite providing both a recording and a credit card transaction screenshot as proof, they refused to cancel the ticket. This is a woman’s nightmare. Dark, dirty, unclear signage, stairwell strewn with food garbage, smells like pee, feels like a murderbasement. Only parked here out of necessity due to timing, never again.
