This place is horrible. DO NOT MOVE IN. They are uncommunicative slum lords who will try to extract the last dime you have with nefarious and dubious charges.
This place is so NEGLECTED its not even funny
My dissatisfaction with living at 3L is hard to put into words. They are the least communicative landlord I’ve ever had, they don’t fix public things that are broken, they turn the heat off early, they don’t care that packages are stolen, but at least it’s a place to live.
