Definitely a place you want to avoid. The worst part about this place is the Property Management itself. Lazar and Cassandra are known to be totally unresponsive to calls and emails. Lazar, the senior property manager, has been known to be extremely rude and downright insulting to the residents. He couldn’t care less about the inconvenience which tenants, residents and occupants are going through. The air condition was not working for an entire 2 month. Even when it was up, the thermostat wasn’t working. So either people wer... read more

The lack of management and pemberton group management is unbelievable. No one cares about the temperatures that even reach 28 degrees in the units, how is it possible that they have units available for renting or selling in the middle of summer and no AC when according to the "contract" the ac is available, not to mention that there is no mail box and to pick up the mail the nearest point is a half hour drive away. Pathetic management Cassandra and Roman Dhugee do not care at all about any of the tenants. Make you a favor an... read more
