What i mean’t to say about the property manager at 5401 S Cornell Ave seems like a jerk doesn’t care about the safety of the residents at all! The police report on a guy in apartment 413 across from the laundry him and the CPD didn’t do nothing about it!
The property of 5401 S Cornell seems a little jerkish! Email him he doesn’t I was attacked in here December 12th 2025 report was made the next day while I was in the hospital fOR NO REASON I didn’t even know this guy he came in the laundry room picking a fight with me and yelled at the female was in there. Mr Pat Gentry and his management team didn’t take disciplinary action towards this guy as far as I know!
