This building is located near by transportation, supermarket and close by shopping center. I have to say this is by far the most cleanest building I’ve ever lived in. The property managers are attentive, respectful and proactive in repairing time sensitive issues. Positive attitude 100%.
Been here for 5 years and I love it here. Big Roomy apts. Nice quiet area. Close but not too close to the train to nyc. Stores are near by. Melvin the maintenance man is on call and keeps the place looking great. Plan on staying here for many more years.

I would not advise anyone to try an rent from proud living they way the handle business is very unprofessional they will show you a apt you tell them you want it but still at the same time tryna show it an rent it to others an then they have like 4 different people tryna rent the apt out
