Do Not Rent from here. Huge scam happening between a tenant and management. So unless you want to be kicked off the property for trying to protect your self in the terms of safety and then have your unit broken into by the managers mechanic who lives in his unit there (illegally of course) then I suggest run the other way!!! It's totally normal to get broken into and physically restrained bty other tenants. The manager hates her job and she hates that she was forced to take this location on. Gate is broken all the time.
