Office is not very effective with answering the phone. They also are not effective in resolving problems.
Recommended54 Station is such a beautiful community! I especially enjoy the new management company that just took over this year. They have been so kind and helpful and are always in a great mood and eager to help. They inherited some challenges here with it being a new community and they have done a great job. I would highly recommend this community to anyone living in Durham.

So far I have enjoyed living at 54 station. It’s clean and quiet. The property has updated everything and involves the residents of the community with monthly events. It really is home.
Quiet and peaceful community! Fun and accommodating leasing office team! Apartments feel open and spacious! Fun community events often!
Staff is wonderful and always helpful. When I have a question they always try their best to address the situation ASAP. Staff also went out of their way to call me about an event I was interested in, that had got booked up, that had an opening if I still wanted to come.

Beautiful property, spacious and modern apartment homes, and helpful office and maintenance staff! Luxury living at its finest!
I’ve watched the property be built from the ground up! It looks amazing, inside and out! I like the fact that with it being new build you’re the first one in your apartment!
