531 Grand is a great apartment complex. They are very responsive to all your needs, maintenance is super quick, and the apartment units themselves are very nice!
I have lived here for a couple years now and it is the perfect spot! I love the ability to walk to City Market. 531 does an amazing job making the residents feel comfortable with their communication, social gatherings, and (my favorite) complimentary coffee! You won’t regret living here.
531 has been a great experience for me. I’ve lived here for over a year now and the management is great. Extremely friendly and always willing to help. It is also always clean and kept up extremely well by maintenance and the grounds team. Overall great experience
I absolutely love living at 531! I’ve lived at a few apartments near this area and they are the best by far. The amenities are amazing, the apartments are nice and well kept, and the staff is very responsive to any issue that may arise. The community here is so welcoming and it’s fun to live here. I’m so glad I made the move a year ago!
