Edit June 2025 no cool air from the cooling tower Edit 1/23/25 - we’re in the 30/40s right now. Its snowing in northern Florida. No central heat for nearly 8 weeks. Edit 1/15/25 - we sleep with winter clothes here. No central heat. Edit 1/10/25 - there is no central heat. It is 65 degrees inside. Edit 12/4/24 - around September the AC started to working again, after 2 years. Now this week (december 2024) there is NO central heat. So the lows this week are in the 40s outside and there is NO central heat. Would have a better e... read more

Love the location. Air conditioning has worked fine since we bought the condo in June 2023. Lots of improvements made including parking deck! Like the new property manager- good communication!

Edit 7/29/24 - there is still no air conditioning for almost 6 months now. The building contractor wont do anything and wont let you hire an outside company. Edit 7/29/24 - there is still no air conditioning for almost 6 months now. The building contractor wont do anything and wont let you hire an outside company. At this point only thing left to do is sue. There is NO air conditioning for several months the past year. Please fix this immediately as we are approaching Summer. These conditions are deplorable.
