I go there often to visit my friend and grandmother when she lived there before she went to a seniors home and this is by far the cleanest building I have been in. The floors are always kept clean, the garbages are never over flowing and even when you walk past the garbage room you do not get that nasty smell. This building is very well maintained, the one managing this building needs a big raise. This job is not for the faint hearted and she does a killer job!!!!
I moved into this building just about 2 years ago, and it has been amazing! The building has always been clean, which is hard to find these days. There has never been an issue with garbage piling up or anything, even the garbage room doesn't smell like a garbage room. The stairways are kept clean, the floors are well maintained. The building has been quiet. Tenants are encouraged to take part in activities in the common room.
