I am writing this review regarding my appointment on January 20 at 3:00 PM (arrival at 2:45 PM). Due to the issues outlined below, I will not be returning to this clinic. We had been waiting a long time for this appointment for our three kids. I took time off work and kept my daughter home from school just to be there. But on the same day, we received a call saying it was canceled and would be rescheduled. No warning the day before—just last-minute. This kind of thing really makes us sad. It’s not easy to plan everything with kids, and it felt like our time and effort didn’t matter. I hope they can treat families with more care and communicate better in the future.
