I've completed my level 2 education and therapy and it was absolutely an educational and fulfilling experience. I had Lesia for both and cannot recommend her enough. She is incredibly attentive, understanding and above all patient with everyone's progress. She applies the curriculum in a way that is both enjoyable, easy to understand and applicable immediately in life. The groups are great and I actually enjoy them a lot but 5280 itself is awful. Terrible communication and zero customer service. You can't get ahold of anyone so they make you text a "main line" then take a week or more to respond. If you have to miss groups for anything and report your absence as directed they'll put you on an attendance contract with absolutely no warning so beware. Overall 5280 is a nightmare
SCAM!!! Paid $125 for intake appointment, CALLED IN 5 MINUTES EARLY using links they provided in the confirmation. Once the call connected Alicia said I cannot use the call-in link that was provided in the confirmation, and need to use zoom. 3 minutes later im on zoom connecting to the class. Once I got connected Alicia said I was (now) late and need to reschedule. Which cost $50 due to a their negligence. Why send the wrong links of options to connect to the class with? How is that my fault?
Thank you guys so much for all of your help. I loved taking level 2 therapy and class with Ms. Lesia. She is amazing and I reccommend her as your counselor. The experience definitely was above and beyond
I just completed my 24 hour classes with Lesia and it was a much better experience than I expected. Lesia was a great teacher and made the class enjoyable with her down to earth attitude. She made the time go by fast with a personal touch of humor and knowledge that made my situation not seem so bleak. I'd recommend 5280 and Lesia to anyone who finds themselves in my situation.
