I had 5280 provide annual maintenance for my two HVAC air conditioning units. The technician (Michael) arrived right on schedule. He was efficient, professional, and courteous. He explained exactly what would be done and why, and showed me the readings on his gauges alongside the specifications for the units to confirm they are operating in spec. Ryan Meston came out on Saturday morning, December 6 to check out our furnace. After inspecting it, he said that it could be fixed but it would cost at least half of what a new furnace would cost, so we decided to go with new equipment. He left information and my wife and I discussed our options. We called the following week and decided to upgrade to a heat pump and furnace system. They came on December 16 to install the system.
