Our old A/C system died and we needed a new one. Ryan did a great job explaining his recommended options. He patiently answered all of our follow-up questions, and put our minds at ease. The install crew was professional and completed the removal of the old system and installation of the new one in less than one day. Ryan made sure the system was running well before he accepted any payment.
After nursing my a/c unit along for over 15 years it was time for the dreaded replacement. 5280 made the experience virtually pain free. They were quick to respond, punctual and polite. I would recommend them without hesitation. In fact I have already had my daughter contact them for work she needs done.
This is the only company I call when I have heating and plumbing needs. These folks have replaced a water heater for me, a furnace, and two times they've come out to check my outdoor AC condensers and both times in a very transparent manner showed me the voltage meter indicating a bad capacitor. One time they fixed it for the cost of the capacitor and didn't charge the fee to come out or diagnose.
