We had the pleasure of working with Chris who installed our new furnace. We are currently experiencing an upheaval with our finances. Chris was aware of a program through Trane which would provide new equipment at no cost. Joe of 5280 serviced my Tankless Heater and did an excellent job identifying the issues and correcting the problem.
The tech, Joe, was friendly, helpful and on time. He explained the problem with our humidifier (hard water) and fixed the issue, as well as showed me how to troubleshoot it myself.
