It sounds like I moved in at about the same time as previous reviewer named Claire. All of her claims are true. Overall, terrible management with poor communication. They let anybody rent, so it's like living in a real life episode of Cops the tv show. I'm fairly certain that there are multiple one bedroom apartments being occupied by 4 or more people at a time. They make a lot of promises they don't keep. The renovation of my (and most of the neighbors' units) was extremely disappointing, and none of the promised improvements to the community features were made. The pool sat dirty and decaying for a year, the original pool furniture was never replaced and continued to fall apart over the summer, and the basement still looks like a scene from The Shining.
