Gross smell outside of the building, area getting vandalized and full of trash
Lived here more than 2 years, and it is sad that an amazing building is not being taken care of well. The grills in the common area are broken more than they work. Recurrent electrical issues come up. And most of all, the grass sidewalk strip has been replaced by toxic, bad smelling mud. Would be easy to fix and with the cost of the building it should be.
The building is nice. Be aware of Armand and Daniel, they are manager and other one is leasing agent. Dont trust them with CC info or any packages. I had an experience with them. Packages were missing because they didn't register me. Packages were returned . I asked them they said they dont know. Electricity was out on 10th and 11th floor they told me I am a resident and they told to stop calling . We’ve lived in other apartment complexes before and never had an experience as horrible as this one. The management at this complex is unresponsive, disorganized, and completely unaccountable. Communication is poor, and residents are left in the dark when problems arise. While we were on vacation, both of our bikes were stolen from the so-called “secure” bike storage unit — two separate incidents, two weeks apart.
