Location is amazing but you get what you pay for with the building. Exhaust fan doesn’t work? Oh well. Window sill constantly growing mold through the paint and window doesn’t have a screen, or open right? Too bad. Black paint mixed in with the white all over the ceiling and outlets completely painted over so you can’t plug things in? It’s good enough. The people who live here are great, for the most part, and you can’t beat the location. Just manage your expectations going in and you’ll be fine.

I’ve lived here 5 months and it’s great. You can’t beat the location. I love being able to walk to so many things. The building is older but the AC works great and maintenance team is very responsive! They were very responsive even on a Sunday (water leak due to the upstairs tenant incorrectly installing a bidet). Also they clean the pool and outdoor area every morning during the week.

These have been my favorite apartments to live in to date. The management was so nice and friendly from the beginning to the end of my lease here. It's right by the highway amazing for people with a commute. Next to a jogging trail and parks and restaurants. Theres always something to do in this area especially with your pet if you have one. I could go on and on about how great this location is. :)
