It is nice seeing that they are making improvements on my building. The furniture is back in the lobbies and the building smells amazing. My only wish is that they would get Internet in the common areas so I could work on my computer and enjoy the improvements. Can’t wait till they get the new carpet installed
This building is really bad especially the people here. This building has also not seen any updates in over 7 years. So everything is getting nasty. The photos they advertise are all misleading.

DO NOT LIVE HERE. SEE PHOTOS. Air filter has never been changed. Disgusting laundry conditions …. They rarely work. Costco carts in lobby and halls. Trashed elevator daily. Squatters constantly requesting to be let in. Old windows with weak seal -snow entering through window. They never fixed the window from the snow and the window cracked. Mattress in the stairwell
I’ve lived here just under two years, and it’s a hell hole. The elevators are constantly not working, maintenance says they do stuff when they haven’t (I work from home and would know), and management is lack luster. You can report things if you want but they truly do not care. The building reeks of cigarettes and is constantly gross on the resident levels. The washers and driers are disgusting as well.
