Just unbelievably unorganized Impossible to reach management and replaced their phones with an AI that refuses to help
Disappointed in how the building is maintained. Also the patio light no longer work. So it’s often very dark and hard to see at night. I wish in the winter they would leave some kind of furniture outside so I could still sit outside.
Do not recommend renting from MAC Properties! Be aware of what you are getting in to. Dead rats and God knows what else. The rodents are not the only problem the mold throughout the building is a big problem. Dismissing resident over any concerns or problems they are having in their units.
