I've had an amazing experience! The staff is friendly and always helpful, the amenities are top-notch, and the community is well-maintained. The location is great, and it truly feels like home. Highly recommend!
ROACHES!!!!!! Lets start there. TOWS ALL THE TIME!!! Extreme parking rules that i have never seen elsewhere, even a limit on how many times you can have the same visitor! They do not address concerns in timely manner. The neighborhood constantly has LOUD vehicles passing by that will wake you up, and it doesnt feel safe. Absolutely SICK of this place!! Please go anywhere else if you can!!
The NEW staff are incredibly rude and unhelpful. They make residents feel uncomfortable and are too lazy to do their jobs properly. Instead of addressing issues, they push everything to the next day—and then they’re not even there at day!
