Extremely negligent and unprofessional staff. I have emailed, called over the past 3 weeks and not one person has returned my call after leaving numerous messages. The residents services are non existent and community nor Bell Partners care about it’s residents. Please avoid investing in a place where you are just a paycheck and no one cares about your quality of living. There is zero customer service as you will never be able to bet on touch with anyone. Since Bell Management has taken over I absolutely hate it here now. No more food trucks. The gym equipment is all broken. When they order construction for the roof they allow the people to start work at 7:30 in the morning ANY and EVERY day of the week. Who signs off on that?? Not considerate of their tenants at all. My rent increased $8 and no one in the office could tell me what it was for. I cannot wait until my lease is up. Will NOT be renewing. Office no longer answers the phone. Megan was always wonderful with helping. Office manager (B) always sounds like she has a snooty attitude when she realizes you’re a resident.
They are very money hungry, it’s not safe to live here, and staff will say anything to get what they want and not upkeep their word. I promise you this is not the best place to live in. I had to move out and will never do it again.
My Experience was 5 * . Yaneli is a SUPERSTAR - very friendly and answered all my questions in timely manner. The apartments are modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with great attention to detail and comfort. If you’re looking for a place in Orlando that combines convenience, comfort, and a true sense of community, I highly recommend Bell Avalon Park!
