This review is not about the apartment complex itself but more about the staff/managers and their lack of professionalism. I had scheduled an appt with Elaine, the onsite manager, to view an apt. I drove 20 minutes to my appt and to my dismay, when I arrived, I called her and she informed me that the lease had already been signed for the place. Lived here for ~3 years, overall a decent place to live. Moved out to get a 2 bedroom and be closer to work, but didn't have any major issues while I was there. Maintenance was good, even completely replacing our A/C when it started rattling and usually showing up 1-2 days after reporting issues. Also, having the guest parking out front is really nice since finding street parking is always annoying
I moved out a few days ago because I'm moving out of state, otherwise I'd have continued the lease. The rent is great compared to the market, and they report your payments to credit bureaus if you wish. You get 2 parking spots with your lease. The owners are good folks and I never had any problems with them. The on-property manager, Kristin, is just great, and handles any issues promptly. The only bad thing is that they removed the swimming pool, but that's to blame on the city council for passing new pool rules.
I viewed this apartment. (They chose another application over mine.) Fast response time, communicative over the weekend. Complex was recently updated with many appealing features.
