Probably the nicest MAC apartment in KC, and the rent is correlated to that. Pros: - Always prompt service and responses to requests or issues. - Clean and renovated amenities and units. (Built in 2022) - Secure interior requiring keycard for entry. - Beautiful rooftop pool and study hall. Cons: - Frequent property crime in the parking garage and surrounding area. Larry was amazing and very polite and helpful. Our AC had broke during this past weeks heat advisory and Larry came in and got the problem fixed in no time!
Larry was quick, informative, and very respectful while completing the work order!
