Do not live here. My packages CONSISTENTLY get stolen from the package room, I literally do not feel comfortable shipping anything to my own home. You can’t even wait a few hours before things get stolen. If I’m at work and get a package delivered in the morning or afternoon, I have so much anxiety because I know it will be gone by the time I’m back home, literally within a few hours. Probably the nicest MAC apartment in KC, and the rent is correlated to that. Pros: - Always prompt service and responses to requests or issues. - Clean and renovated amenities and units. (Built in 2022) - Secure interior requiring keycard for entry. - Beautiful rooftop pool and study hall. Cons: - Frequent property crime in the parking garage and surrounding area. Larry was amazing and very polite and helpful. Our AC had broke during this past weeks heat advisory and Larry came in and got the problem fixed in no time!
