My first experience here was amazing—I loved my French manicure and pedicure and honestly thought I found my nail home. The owner was also very pleasant and provided great customer service. Unfortunately, today’s experience was very different. Lisa did my French, and I had booked a French with polka dots. I tried politely explaining what I wanted fixed, but I felt like she became annoyed and even spoke about me to the lady next to her in her language.
