We used 5150 to install a Radon Mitigation System in our house. We had a unique situation that was completely out of 5150's control but Aron worked hard to solve the issue and made multiple trips to our house. He communicated quickly and clearly and was very honest and stuck to his work proposal even though it involved more labor and materials than usual. He was also very timely when performing his work. Aron was an absolute dream to work and communicate with.
Jason came on a Saturday night to take a look at our heater on his own time. After realizing it needed a full replacement, he said he’d be in touch with me first thing Monday morning. Fastest service I have experienced. The tech that showed up knew exactly what the issue was. The issue was resolved in a very short time and it's pumping cold air again. Also the tech was super friendly.
Called for a quote on a new unit. They gave me a date and time and said they would call if they could come earlier. Missed out on a lake day with family so I didn’t miss them, which would have been fine if they actually showed. No call, no show. Our $4,800 went to the company that did call and did show up.
