For the last couple years during snow storms this HOA has hired a company to shovel our parking lot. Every single time this company has come out to shovel our snow they have left a huge snow mound right in front of my car blocking me in my parking spot. own a condo, our bathroom sub-floor is rotten and causing the toilet to sink into the floor. There is a possibly black mold. The floor is visibly sinking down. It is noticable from standing in the bathroom, and the neighbors can see their roof sagging down as well. We've talked with our insurance agent to see who is responsible for the sub-floor.
