Sherri greeted me at the front door with a warm smile and I felt welcome straight away. She was very pleasant and I could tell right away she cares about the residents. Not to be outdone, her efficiency and professionalism were equally impressive. Most notably, her quick response time to email made the logistical element of moving in a breeze. Natalie from Redpeak has helped me so so much on my hunt for my next apartment! She responds so quickly to any message I send and helps get things scheduled ASAP. The neighborhood is great and every apartment has nice large balconies. The management, however, is poor. The front lobby door has been broken for months, and there is no communication with tenants regarding when it will be fixed, and no urgency given to a permanent fix. Instead of completely replacing the door, which is clearly needed, they do temporary bandaid repairs that only last a couple days, at best. Of course, this results in package thefts from the lobby, but there’s been no attempt made to install package lockers ... read more
