Very great service and have awesome communication. My car's parking brake broke, and they ordered a new part. They ended up fixing it and accidentally charging me for the part they originally ordered. But they called me the next day and told me what had happened and refunded the part. Will not find many shops with this kind of honesty, quality of work, and customer care.
We got a flat tire about 4 miles outside of town on a Sunday night, while driving my son back to Miami University after he came home for my dad's funeral. After a kind stranger helped us get the sharp object out of the tire and filled our tire up so I could get my son to his dorm and us to the hotel, I called every repair shop in town Monday morning. I would trust these guys with everything. I've had them do simple repairs like a tire plug and extensive repairs like dropping my subframe. These guys know what their doing and they do it at the best place in the oxford market! Joe is a great guy and coaches his team to be accommodating and knowledgeable of the consumers needs and the car industry. There is no place in Oxford better than 513 motorsports. Dealership experience at local town prices. You just can't beat it.
