Had tiny roaches everywhere by the end of the first year I live there. It took a paralegal in our building to threaten them to get them to do basic pest control. I rented another u it for my them and it was worse. There were rat s and giant roaches and they wouldn’t do anything about it. Even when we had over 7 rats come into our place that we trapped Over the pandemic. They blamed it on us and wouldn’t even repair the holes the rates had chewed thru our kitchen cupboards. Living at this specific location of Mac Properties was a challenge (for visual purpose, I had a 2 bedroom 1 bath): #1 The building is relatively hold, with no renovations. Thus, their are loud radiators throughout the entire year, walls that crack due to water leakage, a loud toilet (with a public toilet handle on it) and occasional roaches crawling around the home.
