The guys that came to install my microinverter replacement were great. Helpful and fast.
My solar panels recently stopped working, and I had no idea what the problem was. To make matters worse, the company that originally installed my system had gone out of business. A friend recommended 512 Solar, and I’m so glad they did. I called and spoke with Justin, who was incredibly helpful from the start. He asked me to send over a few images of the ID numbers on my unit, and within just a few days he was able to run diagnostics and figure out exactly what was wrong. Had an EXCELLENT experience with 512 Solar! Recently had them install a Tesla Powerwall 3 expansion pack to an existing system. It was an extremely easy and totally stress free experience. The sales team member I worked with (Huiyun “Jane”) was knowledgeable and kind. And, installation was done by Austin Willis. He did a fantastic job communicating and coordinating, and the installation job was perfect. I couldn’t be happier with 512 Solar, Jane and Austin! Will absolutely use them for all my Solar needs.
