I had an issue with my system and Justin and the company helped me resolve the issue very quickly. In the process of fixing the issue there was a little bit of damage done to a shingle. The owner got the issue resolved that same day. It's nice to see a company stand by their work. I would do business with 512 Solar again!
Purchased my home a few years ago with solar panels already included, but no documentation was left behind by the prior owner. The 512 team, especially Austin Willis, was incredibly helpful with coordinating the uninstall/install of my panels for my new roof, but also provided white glove support to make sure I was connected to the App and able to monitor production and get helpful data. Above and beyond my expectations!
Pricing was competitive and reasonable; execution smooth and timely; excellent - A+ - customer service. 512 Solar also successfully assisted with rebate applications -- very helpful. Highly recommend 512 Solar.
