Please read other reviews before doing business with this company! I purchased a travel trailer from Mike at 512 Auto & RV. We actually purchased a decent trailer and have been happy with it. When I purchased the trailer I was advised to also purchase the extended warranty for repairs and things that may come up later so I did just that. The warranty cost me an additional $2700 plus taxes and now that it's been a few years and I'm in need of repairs, 512 Auto isn't returning calls, emails, or texts! I feel that this dealership is a total scam. I just purchased a motorhome that as I was driving home had a window fall out. That’s correct. A window fell out. Jake Stevens, the owner assured me that the vehicle had been inspected had no leaks or water damage had good brakes. Everything was in sound working condition yet when I asked to open the outside bins to look at them, they could not be opened until an employee went and got a can of WD-40 and a pair of pliers. I had a car die on me just this last week and they helped me get a "new" used car quickly, the staff where helpful and understanding. I would recommend them to everyone that asks.
