This once nice community has been neglected the past year . Place has deteriorated since new management company Arqline took over this year !Pay premium rent for low quality service. Things are always breaking .Management either ignores issues, acts like they will follow thru, (but don’t ) or take extremely long to respond .Allow residents to do whatever they want to do as long as they pay their rent . This place used to be nice but the hallways are gross and the outside is not kept up. All empty promises. Coffee machine is always broken, they never have air filters, and the management is either constantly changing or not there. This place is far from a luxury apartment. Also you get one parking space per apartment. This place has gone downhill

Marijuana Vaping THC - NOT a non smoking building This is NOT a non-smoking building, despite Management advertising it as a selling point. You will be repeatedly awakened unable to breathe or swallow, with dense vaping residue/powder coating your throat and starting off your day high and nausea. NO SMOKE or CARBON MONOXIDE DETECTORS As of September 2026, I do not have functioning smoke detectors for the past 4 months and 1 year without a carbon monoxide detector. If you move into 511 Queens Road apartments you will regret it! The apartments look good at first glance, but there are maintenance issues everywhere and the management is never around to help. When you do find them they just make excuses why the items aren't fixed and blame the ownership. The common spaces and carpets on the hallway floors are filthy and stained. I’ve lived here for a few years . Jorge by far is the best maintenance staff member that’s worked here . He’s always friendly ,promptly takes care of repairs and follows up afterwards !
