I’ve lived here for a few years . Jorge by far is the best maintenance staff member that’s worked here . He’s always friendly ,promptly takes care of repairs and follows up afterwards !
I have been leaving at 511 queens for almost 4 years and I can say that Jorge Miranda who is the maintenance gentleman who has to fix anything and everything, he’s the best : He’s attitude is always great. He keep the place cleaner than anybody before , he has done some repairs for our unit without any stress to make it right. He’s very about fixing anything. I have been living at 511 Queens for over 3 years. The Maintenance Supervisor Jorge Miranda does a wonderful job!! He can quickly fix everything and keeps the common areas clean. He responds to maintenance requests right away. He is always friendly and smiling and ready to help!
