I have been leaving at 511 queens for almost 4 years and I can say that Jorge Miranda who is the maintenance gentleman who has to fix anything and everything, he’s the best : He’s attitude is always great. He keep the place cleaner than anybody before , he has done some repairs for our unit without any stress to make it right. He’s very about fixing anything. Anyway i don’t do reviews but Jorge Miranda is the best !!
So I was at myers park today and was approached by gervonte and he was asking about taking a tour and renting. I let him know my lease was up in November and that I would keep 511 queens in mind. He told me a lot of great things about this property.
I met Mr. Gervonte Downin at the Post Office and he handed me information about renting. I told him that I own my home, but will pass along information to anyone needing a place to stay. He was very understanding and professional. I definitely would stay at 511 if I lived in an apartment and I will be recommending his services to my family and friends.
I ran into Gervonte at the gas station and I spoke to him about living arrangements. He even gave me a flyer about the complex. This property is beautiful! The property manager is very informative and once I’m ready to move I’m coming there!
