So I was at myers park today and was approached by gervonte and he was asking about taking a tour and renting. I let him know my lease was up in November and that I would keep 511 queens in mind. He told me a lot of great things about this property.
I met Mr. Gervonte Downin at the Post Office and he handed me information about renting. I told him that I own my home, but will pass along information to anyone needing a place to stay. He was very understanding and professional. I definitely would stay at 511 if I lived in an apartment and I will be recommending his services to my family and friends.
I ran into Gervonte at the gas station and I spoke to him about living arrangements. He even gave me a flyer about the complex. This property is beautiful! The property manager is very informative and once I’m ready to move I’m coming there!

This community, staff and residents are the best here in Charlotte. It is such a friendly place and the apartment is fabulous! High end appliances, spacious closets, dog friendly and well maintained. I feel at peace when I walk in the door each day.
