There was a couple that didn't even live there going through the dumpster at 2:00 a.m.
In my opinion the people who own this plc are not good landlords at all!! A friend of mine lives here and she pays her rent on time every month and her apartment has black mold in the living room, they pulled up her kitchen floor just to never replace it. Not good
Quiet, everyone seems nice. Have only been here a little while but seems okay. Payments are easy, office ladies are very nice and to the point, and maintenance is nice and speedy. Price is good for what you get. The only negative is the few roaches we have had but I think that’s way better than a lot in other places.
