My family lived here for 3 years and it has been an amazing experience. Management did a great job at making this property feel like home. Property is clean and well maintained. Maintenance issues get resolved in less than 48 hours but really less than 24 hours. Concerns are taken serious and handled promptly. If I could make some suggestions it would be to re label the garages because deliver gets confused and please add a playset/play area for kids. Other than that, I recommend this property 10/10
When we moved in we noticed soil in the sink and dishwasher as if someone had washed plants in there. We had to mop the floors as well as we were tracking dirt by walking on the hardwood and there were stains from a previous person in the cupboards. We had a quick move in so we overlooked this and figured it wasn't a big deal. Eventually our dishwasher stopped working and we asked for it to be fixed and after two maintenance visits we were told it was fine and "our water pressure was just low". Great neighborhood. Highly recommend staying here. The property manager, Erin, does a great job at managing the property. All requests and questions I had while a resident were responded to expeditiously and taken care of. She will do everything within her power to accommodate you and your family during your stay. If you’re looking for a small neighborhood that is well-managed, quiet, safe, and welcoming, this would be the place to stay.
Updating my review, as Erin, the property manager is always quick to respond to any concerns and that’s very rare for an apartment community. Thank you Erin. I will say this complex is the best you will get around here for the price. Every time I have guests over they can’t stop talking about how nice this place is. Summit 5100 is definitely for the people that prefer a nicer community without so much ruckus and trash everywhere like other apartment places in the area. My wife, daughter and I have lived here since late 2020. We have greatly enjoyed living here. The apartments are fairly new and exceptionally maintained in between tenants. The community is fairly quiet and peaceful which isn't always commonplace around apartment living. Furthermore, the property manager is great to work with and is very punctual when responding to questions, concerns or general needs.
