I’ve lived at the property for years it has been a safe and secure experience. I think personally the management have always tried to go over and beyond to immediately assist in anything that’s brought to their attention. I have had great results. I see the maintenance team here before the sun comes up each day until after the sun goes down each day working and making sure that it’s as clean as possible and everything is in working order. There was a flea outbreak when I lived here and they spread through the building but no one told us. Had to call the front office myself once I noticed they were in my unit biting at my ankles. They didn’t want to disclose it, but it is something they should have alerted us on. They also increased rent each year when all the appliances were so out of date... nothing has been updated probably 15 years. Hair was painted over and stuck in the bathroom walls. Not worth the money or the headache.
