Chayra has being a great help. She helped us transfer smoothly and answer all of our questions. All the staff is very nice.
If you're looking for a place to live with excellent service, give 510 a try. My experience has been fantastic, and the entire staff at the housing complex is EXCELLENT! 100% recommended.

Chayra the property management has been great and takes my concerns seriously! She makes me feel heard. I feel very comfortable coming to her with any questions or issues.
Staff is great but people should know that they are stealing packages on this property. There was 4 stolen packages so far that I lost. The last one was on the glass table near the package room. There is a long process that you have to go through for management to investigate. I believe they should do more about this. I am not the only one there’s more tenants that have lost packages also. Management should let tenants know that it’s unacceptable and that they will be responsible for replacing what they take. Other than that... read more
